Very sad news, indeed. Paryers going out to Curts falmily and friends. First time I met Curt was back in 05 at a tech session in Dallas. He rode down from Wisconsin to learn how to check/replace shims on the valves on his 04 ST1300. God Speed.
Horrible, horrible news, so tragic. What a great guy he was. Rest In Peace my friend.
Huge condolences to his wife and all of his family. This is too sad for words.

Words are difficult at a time like this. Many knew him from the forum, many knew him personally. In each case our lives were richer because of that. Godspeed Curt and prayers go out to Cindy and his family.
Sigh. I'm dumbfounded. I met Curt in Iowa when Putt passed. Lord! My heart goes out to his wonderful wife, all his family and all of us that considered him a friend. Rest in peace Curt! Lord be with those of us that this hurts...
Just got in from a car trip with the family. Unbelievable.
Curt was one of the pillars of this community and an all 'round good egg. Like so many others who've passed through here, his presence will be sorely missed.
Curt was nice enough to send me one of these after I helped him out with something in preparation for the 2007 IBR:
It's the only decal that's ever been on my bike, and just last week I was considering removing it. I think it's going to linger longer.
