Where did you ride today?

Nice 520km baptism of fire for a new back tyre...all twisty roads, and even took in a gravel road for S&G. Normally I don't mind a bit of gravel but there was about 5km that was freshly laid and deep and was no fun at all. The bike was brilliant but the undercarriage took a bit of a pounding; probably need to pull the brake pedal back up a bit. The weather was bright and blue but a tad blustery, and the threatened heavy showers arrived 5 minutes after I arrived back home. Job done!

Nice scenery Terry, reminds me a lot of here.
Upt'North.

Rode in 3 different countries today: started in France, rode through Andorra (a gas station & duty-free store with a few ski hills) and then into Spain.

Kind of cool riding today, temps around 15°C (about 60°F) though much cooler in the higher elevations of Andorra.

Nice to only have to spend USD $40 on a fill-up in Andorra, compared to USD $55 to fill the tank in France.

We drove through Andorra back in the '80s. Cold and foggy is what I remember.

Yeah, that about sums the place up. It's going to be either cold & foggy, or cold & raining, or cold & snowing, or (rarely) cold & sunny. It's a pretty high-altitude place, and the sun doesn't shine in the bottom of the valleys until pretty late in the morning.

NE / Central Ohio.
About 170 miles.

I rode 35 miles east to avoid the encroaching haze of clouds to watch the eclipse. About a hundred miles today.
