Where did you ride today?

Today, tomorrow to work. But, at midnight Thursday.....

Friday, I will be burning 1,024 miles to Timberline lodge, Mt Hood, OR to attend a conference on Saturday, then Sunday I will have to return by a different route....2x IBA weekend, Yea.... Thanks to the ST1300 I will be no worse for the wear, but I will have a lot of bugs in my teeth......

Once again I did NOT ride my Burgman 650 to work. That because I don't work any more! :thumb::hat4::run1::cucumber1:

But that's not to say I didn't ride. :)
I rode my CTX1300 for the last time... to the bank just down the street... where I met the people who were there to buy my CTX1300. We talked, we looked over the bike, we did the test ride (the guy who came to do that part has been riding for 60 years on various bikes but NOT HD (his sentiments)). Then we went inside the bank and handed the cash to the teller who deposited the money directly into my account (with a little sneaky verification that the bills were legit that bank tellers always do :) ). Then the sister who came along for the ride gave me a lift back to my house (it was 90*F, hot and humid) so I didn't have to walk it and I watched another rider riding away on the CTX. We had been texting for some days before this as well as since they left. They needed a reminder how to open the fuel door, it's different than many bikes. The sister, who also rides, said the other guy was having too much fun on the 5 hour ride back home to let her take a turn on it. Don't know if they ever worked that one out. But tonight it's parked in another garage and I have a bit more space in mine. Now it's kind of weird to go out to the garage and NOT see it parked there. Now I can concentrate on riding the Burgman... and whatever else is on the honey do list.

Put about 300 miles behind me this past weekend. Rode up to Lake Hartwell to visit my parents. What a great ride, even though it was 92 degrees. Just can't beat the ST for the money.

Went to get an oil change and finally reset my trip B mileage..( I use it as an oil change tracker only downside has been fat fingered a reset or two..lol)
Your trip odometers will reset themselves at 2000 miles for both the "A & B"

Not today, but yesterday, I rode through Little Pine State Park. A little disappointed that I didn't see any eagles. Then came back down route 287. It was about 80 miles round-trip.

This one is probably 16-18"
in diameter where it was just twisted right off.

I rode through that area last week. Very sad to see all of those trees down. RB Winter is a very nice state park.

You'll have to go to a RTE so we can meet up!
Born n raised in Beech Creek....moved to suburbs of Mackeyville!!!!

Rode out to the farmer's market in Slidell, LA on old Hwy 90. Came back on I-10, then down through Pass Christian, MS. Love all the old mossy live oaks. If it's not raining it's steaming hot, but I'm glad to be finally getting miles in.

I went on my normal ride that I do when I want to clear my head. It's roughly 55 miles. I've ridden around Lake Wissota where I live probably a hundred times.

Took the Goldwing out to fill it up with gas. I was supposed to go on a ride today, but it rained cats and dogs. I lost power to my Zumo, so I have to fix that now. Some poor guy got struck by lightning on his helmet coming south on I-95 just south of Daytona Beach during the storms today. He didn't make it.
