Just to see clients - 40 mile round trip in the wind & rain BUT hit the 50,000 mile mark on AmethyST!! Oil and filter change this weekend,
Congrats on the 50K milestone. If they're all yours put in for a 50K award.Just to see clients - 40 mile round trip in the wind & rain BUT hit the 50,000 mile mark on AmethyST!! Oil and filter change this weekend,
I’ve seen you ride. You sure don’t want to lower your pegs on the ST!Was that before or after we fixed your rear preload..?? They may have not scraped if that was beforehand......oh wait..... I've seen you ride.....never mind..
And..... don't you have a job...????.
I’m not familiar with them on the 1100. Hopefully somebody can answer that question for you.Do the same things apply to the 1100? Can they be lowered? Will they scrape if you ride spiritedly?
No, sadly, only the last 4000 or so. I bought the bike last July and have been slowly sorting her out so I can tour the continent next year when I retire.Congrats on the 50K milestone. If they're all yours put in for a 50K award.
I made my first camping trip on the ST yesterday and today as I try to tweak my setup and packing on the bike in preparations to travel to the Georgia Spring Rally in April. I first went 90 miles up to check out a free camping area near Century, FL that I found on freecampsites.net before returning 35 miles back to another free camping area, Wilderness Landing Park. I won't be going to the Century one! It basically is just a boat launch on the Ecambia River. The one I then came back to is MUCH nicer on the Blackwater River! I made a post about it two weeks ago after my scouting trip to this campground. I also tested the use of Spotwalla with the SWconnect iOS App. Made the 50 mile trip back home this morning before this ugly cold front pushed in and gave the ST a good washing after traveling a couple of red clay/dirt roads!
