What did you do with your ST1100/ST1300 today?

Had a new rear Michelin PR4 installed. The replaced tire lasted 7,970 kms (wear bars gone on right side of tire, still showing "a bit" on the left side). I ride fairly "enthusiastically" both alone and with my wife as pillion. We avoid highway riding as much as possible. The price of the tire was $245.32CAN before taxes.
Also, since I was planning on putting the bike away for the winter, I tried to run the tank as empty as possible before refilling with stabilized fuel. Yup, I ran out out of fuel on the road:doh1:. In my defense, the flashing fuel guage showed 50 km left in the tank. Luckily, I was only two blocks from home. So....my bike gets 478.3 kms on on 27.969 litres of fuel. I guess those last 2.031 litres are "not available for consumption" :shrug2:.

Oil, filter, and rear drive fluid change; cleaned the turn signal switch (marker light wasn't staying lit upon cancel), new rear brake pads. Night shift at work, so hoping there's no moisture as the temps will be low all week so I can ride in the 'cool' weather!

I usually switch it over to quantity vs distance when the last section starts flashing. That way it doesn't depend on my current riding style or the last time the avg was reset, but I get a true reading of the amt of fuel left. Once it drops below a gal, I start looking for a station. <apparently it does use current riding conditions>

At last added LED’s to the 2000- the OEM bulbs are pretty dim comparatively. I don’t ride too much at night, so this is to make me more visible. I’m going to do the same to the 1994, but I want to see how difficult it is to get in there as it’s an ABS bike. The H4 rings of the LED had to be trimmed just a little before putting the H4 adapter ring on as the wire clip wouldn’t keep in place so a little nip/tuck of the plastic ring fixed all and they are very bright. Good beam pattern as well. I got them from Superbright LEDs.com

Here they are: https://www.superbrightleds.com/mor...h-internal-drivers-4000-lumensset/5321/11896/

New push button panel for cruise control.
Please elaborate. I used a TrailTech 8500-RS switch pod on my '96 Nighthawk 750.
