Itchy Boots

Also noteworthy that she's finally bringing Dhanno home. The trip by boat from Peru will take months though.

And it sounds like she's now a Honda girl with her experience on the CB500X, even with the "vacuum cleaner" sound, which she just rectified with a new after-market exhaust.

In the video above, actors Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman did make it there, as they were ahead of her a few months on their travels through South America.
I watched that Saturday night. Enjoyable episode. McGregor got a little ambushed by selfie-seekers who know who he was. Poor Charlie was having a time of the climb. About to watch Noraly's video above.

That was a fun episode. She's usually so matter-of-fact about the bike stuff.

"The things that make a girl happy". Made me laugh. Really laugh.

Charlie and Ewan had a “little bit of help” getting across the Darien Gap in the last episode. Two chartered planes to fly from Ecuador to Colombia. Chartered boat to take them up the Colombian coast. Then a much larger Antonov cargo plane to fly the bikes from Medellin to Panama.

And somehow the Rivian support e-trucks are being shipped From Ecuador to Panama.

Not in my budget for adventure rides.

Harley Davidson replaces most of Ewan’s dead bike in Costa Rica.

Noraly is alone, single woman and traveling places I wouldn't go with a group of 10 Navy Seals... lol Good for her.

me neither, not to mention the sprinter support van, translators, the other Harley motorcycle with cameraman onboard....local producers, film crew.
though I do like some of the local colour where they visit the reforestation project, and remote schools
I do like the drone footage, but I like Noraly's drone footage better. ;)

these guys are living the dream.

Not sure if I have it in me to do what Noraly is doing... who am I kidding... I know I couldn't. I can dream....

Season 3 Episode 33 @ 9:13 marker (and elsewhere) - how is that GoPro mounted to her chinguard?
It almost looks like the base mount is affixed to a 3D-printed bar which is then mounted to her helmet. The mount point does not follow the curved lines of the rest of the helmet.
I'm thinking it's a custom one-off piece which is maybe velcro'd to the helmet? I'll have to watch some more of her videos. I like it. The editing is nice too, showing view of her (easy on the eyes) and then going to B-roll showing the view ahead.
What are your thoughts? I actually like the perspective, at least moreso than the GoPro mounted to the side of a helmet.

The mount is commercially available, and yes it's velcro'd to the helmet. It's somewhere in this thread (like 10 pages back).
I made a knockoff out of aluminum and it works extremely well! very secure.

Excellent, @kiltman !
I knew I was looking in the right place. One thing I like about that is, we can easily reverse the camera on the chinbar mount.
Then again, NO ONE wants to see my face, so I'll point it outwards. :)
But I will have to say, the more I watch Noraly, the more I want to look at her. I know. It's a personal problem.
And I'm sure I'm the only one here with that problem.

Searched this thread for GoPro, and back there (I know it's here somewhere) is a Season 3 Gear List.
Scrolled for a bit, and in her filming gear section we find:

Proshot for about $33 US.

I suppose you could, but I mount my "B" roll camera on a Ramball mount attached to my clutch master cylinder.
Yes the Proshot unit.
As for the selfie stick, she's the master of that. I can do it at much slower speeds, but where I am there's a lot of traffic so it isn't the safest option.
