Damn, once she finally made it home to the Netherlands, they punctured her lung during the surgery! She had to be hospitalized for some time. Yeaouch! Tough lady!! Announced her book will be out soon (in Dutch, hopefully an English version later). Also mentioned a new ride for season 8 in Oct.
John
Unless she complained about foot pain when she was in Africa, it is unlikely a doc would have xrayed her foot, and that would have carried over to the Netherlands. When I skidded my ST to ground, the ER docs xrayed my lower leg (ankle hurt) but missed the fibula fracture about 3/4 of the way up. The orthopedic PA said they often see fib fractures in any kind of impact to the foot - you would expect the ER docs to know that. An ER doc friend said 'we are good at finding the life threatening stuff, other injuries, not so much'.If you're on Noraly's email list, you'll learn the doctor also missed the fact her big toe is broken.
Hence the pain in her foot that wouldn't go away.
She almost always looks happy. Some people are like that.
John does not accept private messages on this site.Hey John, my name it Ben. I've been trying to send you a private message but it hasn't been work for me but I've been told that you manage a kit to help people replace the alternator on st1100s. I was wondering if it's available or if not when it might be available?
Ya, my dad. I think I will be able to read the majority of it on my own.
