I ask them (the dog) if they want to say hi, rest is up to them. We recently were awarded a job because their German shepherd loved me, last contractor they had to lock it up, we play every time I'm there. First day on the job we introduce all the guys to the dog, few hours later I leave, and hour later I get the call: "dog won't let us back in" lol, I drive over and talk for a minute and haven't had a problem in 6 weeks.
