Honda could drop the ST never to produced. Some people might adapt the CTX to replace it. Dropping one model and marketing another is not the same as replacing. The ST is neither a sport bike nor touring bike but a blend of the two. The CTX is neither a sport bike or touring bike or a blend of the two. It's more a cruiser hybrid a "bagger" that could be turning into a something approaching a sport-touringish blend depending on the rider.
No fair giving us such a good set up and then saying 'don't answer'........... am I completely loosing it? (don't answer)
Thing is, that bike's ugly . . . way ugly.

they prefer to floor bikes that sell.
I'm guessing they will sell more of them then they will of ST1300's in 2014.
Only if they give a free slice of pie with each one.
Which paints the ST in a pretty poor light by comparison.
I'd pay a lot for a good slice of pie.
Yamaha is making FJR pie that looks really good to me. Wish I could get them to make a slightly smaller pie, one with three cylinders displacing 847cc and an FJR-style chassis...I'm sure they can figure out that recipe, just a matter of whether they're up to the baking. Not sure how much longer I can continue to eat pie made by Honda, but for now I'll keep eating it.
