Trust me, it will be worth it!If I ever get home from this vacation, I’ll probably (with the help from the knowledgeable folks here) put my ST back together and take a ride

I rode her for a few miles and realized she was NOT properly cared for.Trust me, it will be worth it!
That's almost my story. I did a lot of the regular maintenance items. My St-1300 had been the subject of much neglect. I got it running, got some new tires on her and started riding while I wait for more parts.I’m looking forward to the end product and I’m sure I’ll get there.
call your credit card co. and stop payment. Make sure you were billed for 3.I received shipment of a FRONT tire (only) today, but Amazon said my "order was delivered" and no further shipments are coming,
when I ordered and paid for THREE TIRES-- one front, and two REAR. So I made a complaint with Amazon, and the shipping carrier, FedEx.
Their driver took a pic of the one tire on my front porch, but Amazon says my full order was delivered ??!!??
Tell them if they have no pic with three tires, the pic with one stands.Their driver took a pic of the one tire on my front porch, but Amazon says my full order was delivered ??!!??
Fed Ex didn't call, nor did the shipper, but Fed Ex did send their truck back out here
and what do you know-- the 2 rear tires that Amazon said were delivered Sunday
finally got delivered for real MONDAY.
I'm happy now.
IGOFAR has been a tremendous help to me.I rode her for a few miles and realized she was NOT properly cared for.
Then, I found this website and a gent who reached out and is as OCDC as I am about my bikes (IGOFAR).
I’m looking forward to the end product and I’m sure I’ll get there.
For my ST1300 I made a helmet hook that I attached to the screw that holds the left bar end weight on. Simple and effective- Just hang the helmet on it and it is up high and away from everything. If I wanted to able to lock the helmet on to it I could drill a hole through it for a padlock....... but being so low places it close to the muffler, so I may not leave it there.
