Actually pointing into the is West but didn't drop the door. Although you are correct because it was not going back into the garage for the next 3 weeks. You're pointing the wrong direction...

It's so clean! How disgusting . . . mine looks in comparison.

Just officially put my 12 ST 1300 on the dark side,
Well just 6000 miles on the PR5,s on the 12 and about 26,000 miles on the dark side tires on the 07 and the PR5,s are pricey. Was it UN-officially dark-sided, and we just didn't know it?
How do we tell?
Do we have to pass a test, or go before a committee to get certified, or pay a DD fee to get it inspected?
I'm afraid I may have been posing all these miles as Double-Dark, just because I have a car tire in the back and a back tire in the front!
/SARCASM!
;-)
I know how you feel, didn't notice myself, until I switched back. You would probably have to be doing some very technical low speed maneuvers on the same bike under the same conditions to notice.and have yet to realize any performance
At least you're still permitted to do such...
I do slow speed drills, and I don't notice even then. You would probably have to be doing some very technical low speed maneuvers on the same bike under the same conditions to notice.
That Vredestein tire does make a huge difference on handling, all of the other brands that I tried were too flat and made slow speed handling tougher. I like that tire so much that I already have the same tire to replace the almost worn out rear tire on my 07 ST.I do slow speed drills, and I don't notice even then.
And I do it a LOT, to stay sharp.
Maybe due to the narrower / rounded profile of the Vredestein? This is the only darkside tire I've ever had, and only on the 1300.
That may be my next one... thanks Mike. Is that a chrome or black chrome gas cap, the more I look at your bike the more I see how awesome it is.That Vredestein tire does make a huge difference on handling, all of the other brands that I tried were too flat and made slow speed handling tougher. That is just a black carbon fiber looking sticker on the gas cap. I do like the look of the 12 with all of the black on that bike. That may be my next one... thanks Mike. Is that a chrome or black chrome gas cap, the more I look at your bike the more I see how awesome it is.
