What did you do with your ST1100/ST1300 today?

Migsel Dash Mount. Very expensive for what you get I agree but it is very nice and clean, the way I like to keep my accessories.

Thanks. That certainly does look clean and integrated... like it's factory.

Mounted a USB port with a digital voltage meter yesterday.

I'm in the same boat. Stripped and ready for brand new wire harness install. LOLstripped.jpg

What happened that youd need a new wiring harness? Mice?

I purchased one from a wrecked 05 police bike “just in case” my farkles fry a wire. Only $45 with no mods or breaks.

Not mice. I've got the dreaded tip over sensor to relay to fuel pump rely to ECU short problem. While working on the bike I realized that the wires on the bike are very stiff and brittle. I snatched up a brand new, in the box harness for $400.

At least twice a year I ride with friends that take us hundreds of miles from home. Last thing I want is to ruin everybody's trip by being stuck on the side of the road with a problem I'm not good at troubleshooting. The $400 is well worth the peace of mind to me.

50,000 mile oil & filter change (Motul 4T 10-40) semi-synthetic. Topped up the shaft drive oil and fitted the new cap I picked up from Dammerells last Wednesday. Test ride and brakes inspected for wear. All good for a bit longer, and just the cam belt and tappets left to do now.

And you will be amazed at how much better the bike handles with the correct air pressure (42ish).

Will be giving it a good 200 miler tomorrow. Will be 28*F starting out at 10a. Topping out at 42. So the coldest ride to date for me.
Thanks for the input!

Good day to be inside.. Windy and temperature steadily dropping.. Removed the left middle cowl and wired in my Garmin 396 powered cradle.... First time to have some of the plastics off, It's not quite as bad as my Goldwing, but it's running a close second.IMG_2878 (002) Garming 396 mounted.jpgIMG_2878 (002) Garming 396 mounted.jpg

This works for me. I know different riders favor different settings based on different things but I do feel the difference when the pressure drops. 1 or 2lbs will easily escape my notice but at 3-4lbs and I start to wonder if somethings up. So I like 42/42.

Completely agree. At 3-4 lbs I can instantly detect the difference.
42/42 and I check every time I go out on the ST.

Mid winter startup for the trio.... Neighbors just love the Hardley when it idles.... The ST has been described as a space ship sound... where the CTX isn't even heard....

I moved the ST 1100 from one continent to another... and it only took 90 minutes to do so.

Fitted an led friendly signal flasher to completed converting to led bulbs all around, front end looks great with clear lenses, 6 bright LEDs when not signalling. LED turn signal bulbs at rear are a lot brighter than stock, flash then steady brake lights should reduce the risk of being crushed! Really freshen up the old girl.

What did I do with the ST today? Well, I walked past it when I fed the cats in the garage and noted just how much dust has accumulated on it. Then I checked the Battery Tender to make sure the green light was showing.

Can't wait for Spring to arrive in this neck of the woods.
