What did you do with your ST1100/ST1300 today?

Born in Buffalo NY, been in the blizzards of the late 70s, Rode my Honda SL125-K3 in the winter

Ya I do miss that white stuff. No time lately to drive up to Big Bear. I can see the snow capped mountains from here.

I didn't watch the entire video but up until the halfway point (where I bailed) it doesn't seem like lines on the road hold a lot of significance to some drivers.

Allan, we Californians dream of this white stuff when we are boiling in the summers heat on the freeways
not this Californian, I ski on it but other than that I don't want to see any of it.

Took a 45 mile ride after replacing the ECM with the used one I found on Ebay. Most of the ride was freeway above 4000 RPM. No more FI light! The engine seems to start easier and run smoother too. Or it could be just me! Now to replace the front tire... It is due!

Well yesterday, anyway,,, I managed to put 80km's on Blue STar. And pushed the odometer past 178,000 kms, on an early (and rare) February +14c degrees day. And yes,,, I watched for cold start leaks,,, and detected a few drops,,, which is pretty normal,, cheers,, Cat

“Cold start leaks” are when gaskets shrink in low temps, thus allowing the oil pressure to push some out?
Is that “normal”?

The rain stopped. It was 36 F this morning. But my saddle was claiming it was 32 F as it was a bit frosty...
Fortunately I have an Alaska sheepskin cover to throw over it for the ride to work....

Cleaned my throttle body and oiled the cables, while eating Gouda cheese and standing on my wooden shoes near the windmill:)

Put on a new front tire, balanced with weights. (couldn't find my Beads). Added T valve stem to front and installed TPMS SENSOR (TIREGARD) AND MONITORING DEVICE . Also added a Fenda Extenda while I had the front fender off...TOOK A 40 MILE RUN TO GET A FEW MILES ON THE TIRE BEFORE MY 200 MILE RIDE ON SATURDAY. SORRY ABOUT THE CAPS, MY CAPS LOCK WON'T TURN OFF ON MY KEYBOARD.

I had to recharge my new Scorpion battery after sitting for two weeks. A current leak somewheres, or maybe my GPS is turning on by itself, which it has a few times being on a direct USB line.

i likes the date and mileage labelling of the replacable parts...

but howd the miles go from 27k to 21k over 7 years?
Must be a flux capacitor

Umm, another view for those w/o their second cup of coffee!
The replaced filter on the left, 6/11/17. New filter to the right, 2/4/19 would be two years forward and fewer than 6 thousand miles.
Wish I had a flux capacitor tho, Cheers AV8R!
