It's beyond time to get this going. Here is an alternate tag. This is school I went to 1st through 4th grade.
LOL - alternate's a bit south and east of the "true" tag - lots of people can move this one now!
MI TAG was on my list of "to do's" before the wreck...glad someone opened it up, Ironwood's a long way from anywhere (although on the way to a lot of somewheres!)

Shoot, I could'a got the Ironwood tag on Monday. Didn't realize it was a still-standing tag. Anyway, Here's Charlie's Park.
And the new one. It's just a little bit north of Grand Rapids on 131.
The other three show another good one, just south of the "official" tag, but note I didn't get the bike in the pic. D'Oh!

<edit, add 2> The Z-50 is just like Adam 'n Derek's first bike, got it just before Derek turned 4. Modified it by removing the seat and building one from a piece of 1x3, some fame, and upholstery. Worked a charm.)
(I take a pic of any place I see with the word "Roadhouse" in the name except "Texas Roadhouse". They're a chain and not local. So far I have about 9 or 10. When I get a dozen, I'm gonna make a calendar. First one was south of Madison, WI, with Scout when doing the Pony Express ride a couple years ago.)

Nice move George. Coincidentally, the owner of Mike's Cycle Station is a friend of mine. Last summer he rode up to Copper Harbor along with myself and another guy. Mike currently rides a Concours plus a KTM.
Mike is currently on his annual ride to Colorado so the shop is only open a few hours, front only. Met his wife. Nice gal. They've been in bidness 29 years, same location for 17. Gotta look for that pic again, I know I took it!

Hey, George! GLAD to see that you tagged up at Mike's Cycle. He used to work on my 81's GL-500's back when I lived in Michigan. It's just an old fashioned repair shop in which you can depend upon the mechanic to fix a bike and get you back out the door at the price quoted. .... Makes me want to get on my ST and come up to move the tag just so I could say hello to the folks in Grand Rapids again.

Jeez, Mac, hadn't given it a thought. Is it up there somewhere? Guess I should go read ADV. But... I usually don't when I'm on the road. Here 'n Face Book is about all I look at. Hmmmmm.

Holy Moly, I thought for sure when you were in MI you would have gotten that tag.
They need to buy their freedom. Free fudge for every troll. And, if God intended the UP to be part of WI why did he allow us to build the Bridge?
I was thinking as I crossed the bridge, would this have been built if the UP was still WI??
