LED headlights

It’s pretty easy if you have the fairing off.

I didn't like the look of all white lights and wanted yellow position lights. 'Yellow' LEDs are almost always amber. I thought the yellow incandecents I put in would actually be yellow – but no. So the incandescents stay until I feel like putting in amber LEDs.

Only when replacing the ST's turn signal bulbs with LEDs is anything extra needed – an LED compatible flasher.
 
Nothing else needed. You just need the flasher for the turn signals. One other thing. Most states don’t allow for the license plate to be illuminated by red. Mine failed inspection for the first time this year after having them for a while. I just popped some regular bulbs back in and got it inspected and then switched them right back to the red ones.

That is interesting that you like the stock position light look. I was wanting all LED in the headlight housing because of the lower current draw of the LED and hoping all would match.

The stock look is 'white' incandescents that actually look a little brown compared to the 6500K headlights. So in went amber that didn't look so sickly.

I prefer the lower current draw of LEDs too but since the position lights draw a fraction of what the fraction of the current of factory bulbs and the LED headlights put amps in the bank I can afford to let the incants stay.

There have been easy fixes posted though some riders just aren't concerned.
 
The dog, sadly, has passed. She belonged to my 'Wing buddy, and I had the privilege of dog-sitting her when he went on vacation.

She was an extremely active pup at 14 and in great shape, especially compared to many obese Labs half her age. She loved to go to the p-a-r-k and chase a ball. When she got antsy and underfoot we'd open the truck door and she'd jump in and relax. Periodically she'd adopt that pose expect someone would get the message. Occasionally she won.
