It’s been working well for me so far, and I’ve found that it helps me stay focused and energized without feeling overly full. I have an early dinner, which usually includes a mix of fish, meat, potatoes, and other hearty foods. It’s a nice balance of protein and carbs, and I really enjoy the variety. This diet has been a good fit for my lifestyle, and I feel like I’m eating more mindfully.
