I love meat, but I’m not really a fan of having it for breakfast. I prefer starting my day with fruits, veggies, and some bread—it just feels lighter and more refreshing. Right now, I’m following this two-meal-a-day diet https://betterme.world/articles/2-meal-a-day-diet/, where I only have two meals throughout the day. It’s been working well for me so far, and I’ve found that it helps me stay focused and energized without feeling overly full. I have an early dinner, which usually includes a mix of fish, meat, potatoes, and other hearty foods. It’s a nice balance of protein and carbs, and I really enjoy the variety. This diet has been a good fit for my lifestyle, and I feel like I’m eating more mindfully.

I recently bought an electric griddle plate as I can cook two breakfasts at once on it...

2 Rashers of smoked back bacon, 1 sliced sausage, 1 fried egg, 1 potato scone and one slice of haggis.... and that is each.... and if it's a good day, some mushrooms too...

Really saves struggling with out frying pan... which would take foreverrrrrrr......

You are obviously from north of Hadrians Wall…I looove a full Scottish breakfast - minus the haggis and blood pudding. I like haggis - but it’s too rich for me..gives me brutal heartburn.

Absolutely correct Bob.... I try and avoid black (blood) pudding, something about knowing how it's made puts me off, I will however eat it if it is served up to me in a hotel breakfast....

M\y griddle plate also cooked my steak this evening along with some onions on the side...... mmmmm......

I tried blood pudding but just a little too nasty for me! ;)

Always thought being Southern I liked all the scraps and left overs. ie: Brains and eggs, souse meat, pigs feet, fried pigs ear sandwich, really liked Hagis in Scotland. But while in Greece I was offered some Blood sausage... woah! UGH! this is in the same category as tripe and chitlins! I have eaten but will politely decline.
