changed my headlight bulbs today to Sylvania Silverstar Ultra. After checking out the forum for how to's I tried it last week but couldnt make it fit. Retry today with wife (real skinny hands.) seems I did not file down the tabs I cut off enough. we spent 45 minutes on the right side and then 10 minutes on the left. now cant wait til dark to test drive my new and hopefully brighter headlights.

Here's what I did with my ST today: I walked by it and hopped on my dirt bike for miles of smiles. Another month or so and it will start raining and I'll ride on pavement again.

It sure is! o_O That's what two would cost.

They sell it for $216 + $22.70 US shipping.

I paid less pre-owned from a forum member.

That website doesnt allow any pics to be zoomed, cant see much. Curious, where do you stow that when you ride?

Weather is not riding weather (under 30d F) so I warmed up my ST's blood. Took the cover off and let it run for 15 min's. Wanted to let the bike know I miss riding it. 2 more months till spring...

Not technically what I did today but 1990 ST1100 (yes, they came to Canada one year before US) opened up for first time in 31 years. Look at that beautiful transmission. These things really are made to last. Shout out to the folks at Powersports.to for the work.

Made harness for direct connection between coils and battery. The existing ignition wire and the sense wire will be moved over to this.
