Well I was all set to ride today in the 52 degree weather but then it started to rain. So I worked on my 1974 Honda instead.

Tor, I traded the 2013 for a used 2020, it'll be 2 years in May. I've put about 14,000 miles on it.
John
Pretty color combination but the cylinders point in the wrong direction
Gotcha,,,,I missed last years WVSToc,,,, so I didnt catch your trade. Congratulations
Thanks Tor, hope to see you and Lois at one or more events this year, especially WV-STOC!
Btw, the first 2 photos were taken on the tree lined road into Friendship Hill National Historic Site, home of Albert Gallatin who was the United States longest serving Secretary of the Treasury from 1801-1814. I believe he served in Congress representing Pennsylvania.
The other photo was at the entrance to Fort Necessity National Battlefield along US route. 40 in southwestern PA. As I live 8 miles south of the state line with WV, PA is a frequent riding area for me.
LOL.. still a Valkyrie guy at heart.....Is this a naked RT or a half naked RT?
I rode it today like this for just no reason but to try it like that. I didn't really notice much difference riding but I did notice I had to lift my old leg even higher to get it over the already much too high seat. 102 miles with 20 to 25 winds I couldn't tell if the gas mileage was much different.
But man o man it looks super mean. I'm thinking an orange peeler glass pack inside a single chrome 4" truck stack soon...
Snazzy BMW. What type of rear tire are you running???? Darkside? Is this a naked RT or a half naked RT?

Shhh don't start a storm in the BMW area. Yes it takes the exact same rear as an ST1300 if you did use a car tire on the RT.Snazzy BMW. What type of rear tire are you running???? Darkside?
You ex-Valkyrie guys are just rebels.Shhh don't start a storm in the BMW area. Yes it takes the exact same rear as an ST1300 if you did use a car tire on the RT.
I like it and it beats changing tires every 6,000 miles. And it looks sweet on your bike!Shhh don't start a storm in the BMW area. Yes it takes the exact same rear as an ST1300 if you did use a car tire on the RT.
