So you run it parrallel to the VRR leaving the black wire in place... and this then gives the VRR a much truer picture of the system voltage, it realizes it doesn't have to work so hard. Yes? Makes sense, also gives credence to those who advocate the whole ignition switch bypass modification (Norm Keller on my-mc has some posts outlining this in detail), also yes?
