Well, no use in procrastinating, this job is due...
safety first...

everything in there is covered with a fine layer of brownish dust...
so there is wear on those belts...

also idler and spanner suffered, you can feel some clearance when wiggling, and that significant, grinding noise when spinning by hand...

precautionary also replacing the pump; don't like having to dig into there again soon...

darn internal bypass broke upon touch, could have failed any moment, good that'd I'd scheduled the job now...

replacing w/pipe O-rings while at it; getting the PAIR plumbing out the way, takes the most effort...

new elbows and braided silicone coolant hoses (surely adds 2kph to the top speed
)

also the internal bypass now with braided silicone line, should last a while now...

tomorrow I'll throw a new pump, spanner and idler in, and install the new belt...
