What is the configuration of the Battery Tender pigtail? Since Noco sells a an adapter to go from their x connector to usb, you can probably find a usb to your heated vest adapter. Noco's adapter already has an inline fuse, all you need is another adapter.

Jumper is charged up and safely ensconced in my tail pack along with my tire repair kit and a siphon hose lol
Now just need to get the pigtail installed on my wife's X Max 300 scooter. No rush since she will probably take her last ride of the year this coming Wednesday (she's a fair weather rider lol)
