I'm thinking about this "Thin blue line" theme for my ST. I'd also like a 7" reflective decal like my avatar on the panniers if anyone could photoshop that on there fo9r me so I can get an idea what it looks like.

Were those pictures of cops riding with their flip up helemts open I saw a while ago? Could it be?

We went to the Scorpion EXO900 Transformers. We love them. And at the price, we replace them bi-annually. I called Snell and asked about life expectancy. They said 3-5 years for normal wear. I said, "Is 40 hours a week year round normal wear?" They laughed.

Re: Anyone have some pictures of different ST-1300 police bikes?

If I knew how to attach a picture! Let me try. This is our ST's in the South African Police Service (Limpopo Province).
I'm glad to meet you guys. It will also give me excellent ideas. I have lots of questions about your rider training.
Let's first see if I can mail this picture. Can it be so difficult?

Safe riding and God bless!!!!

Ray, here are some pictures of our ST's in South Africa. Our normal color for police vehicles is white with the striping being blue and yellow, but we received red bikes and had to improvise. Safe riding and God bless!

Re: Anyone have some pictures of different ST-1300 police bikes?

Came across this picture form the ride of the roses in the Netherlands, early september.

This is most of the escort group, with officers from two neighbouring departments. The officers from Rotterdam, riding BMW's and from The Hague, on ST1300's. A lot of them too..

Amen to that .. but as a fireman who couldn't be there .. thank YOU for attending.
RM

I wish I could say I was there to take that pic... gleaned off the web. Thanks for serving as a Fireman. I know we have had our share of fires here in CO... and the work put forth by you guys down in Colorado Springs last year was amazing.

Re: Anyone have some pictures of different ST-1300 police bikes?

Why is it that the european ST' S do not seem to have the front and rear tip over bars???
Ian

South Carolina Troopers are no longer on ST1300's. They are now on the BMW R1200RT.
