• Start with a City beginning with A
    • This is BY STATE
    • Similar to the Tag contest, there will be one thread per state
    • Post a picture of your bike AND some sign, building etc which clearly shows the city/state you're in
    • The next person posts from a city with the name beginning with B, then C, D, etc
    • You can't posts back-to-back pics, you have to wait for a person to post the next city
    • Once Z is reached, the game starts over with A
    • If your state doesn't have a city beginning with the next letter in sequence, it's okay to skip that letter
    • If the location sits for more than one month, the person that posted that is open to move it to the next letter.

The World Wide game is a bit different as it is by whatever is considered a geographic type of regional category, state/province/village etc. and all those will be in the single World Wide A-Z topic.

ON: A-Z (Round 10)

I had to look this up on a map, unique name for a town.

I just didn’t want Robert to be discouraged from going to this exciting hamlet ;)
A little story...
I used to ride through Uniondale frequently. It's on the route called "the back way", by north Londoners.

There's an elderly traditional Mennonite couple - horse and buggy, huge garden, water well and crank bucket etc. They only had an acre or maybe 2, just west of the intersection.

We developed a relationship of sorts, although we've never spoken.

They were almost always outside working away. It was impressive how much they got out of their small patch of dirt. It took them awhile to recognize my small 2 finger waves and nods as I slowly drifted by, while admiring their obvious hardwork and expertise.

In time they seemed to remember me. His small nods turned into slight smiles and discreet waves, and then over the course of a year or 2 became great big grins, pointing/waving my way in recognition, and eventually from the Mrs too.

I became a pro at my Forest Gump waves in return.

I had almost the same relationship with Bo Derek, other than the smiling and waving. ;)

Seriously out where I live lots of folks driving by wave and even honk as they pass, I am a little confused why they limit the wave to just raising one finger.

Ha ha...... Jeff, I think you should take a little run up to the U's where you are...... how are the roads? All bare here, gonna get colder the next coupla days....

I know that place too! I always take that road when I had to go to Western University Hospital. I would also wave to that couple.

This was yesterday's games with granddaughter #1. Riding might be somewhat delayed. ;)
