Hey, I used to own that property. From approx ‘91 to ‘98. The garage used to be a carport, the wall the overhead door is on is shorter than the opposite wall. Hardwood floors in the 3 bdrms upstairs. Looks like someone put siding on it, used to be ugly textured stucco. Where your driveway is used to be lawn, you had to drive into the carport from the south. I put in the walk-out basement suite. When I bought the property it was a half acre, I subdivided it, put in the rock planter between the panhandle driveway and your driveway. That big rhododendron used to be right where the walk-thro door into the garage is now. It was big then, looks like it’s done well. Love those Rhodo’s. Aaaah fond memories of that place, one of my favourite places I owned. And on one of your previous pics, looks like you were on the parking lot roof of the Mayfair Mall. I did a few burnouts up there, back in the day.
