New Adjustable Levers for ST1300 - AMAZING difference!!

Absolutely!! I assume then that the shorties are 1 3/4" shorter than the stock lever? I will see where my hands sit normally and check to see if the shorties will work. Otherwise, 1/2" shorter would be fine too. Seems as though the "New" style is sold out in my color of choice anyway. . . Shorty anyway.

I also just ordered. . . . .I went with the regular length, black levers with titanium adjusters. Now I have to sit on my hands and be patient. . . . I'm not good at this part. I almost bought a set on eBay, due to the fact that it was an American seller and I would have had the set of levers in a few days. It would have costed me double to do that though.

I am not patient . . .

Howdy gang,
I ordered the levers and got them in just under 2 weeks. The clutch lever fit is perfect. Both the2wheels front brake lever and clutch lever are 18.2mm thick where the pivot bolt passes through the lever. However, my ST1300ABS front brake lever is 22.5mm thick at the same point. Were all your levers the same thickness at the pivot point or were the clutch and brake levers different thicknesses?

I started a thread here:

Maybe my master cylinder is different but it looks stock.

There was no problem with the brake lever fitting so I didn't bother measuring. When I install levers the pivot bolt and nut are adjusted until there's little to almost no play in the up and down movement but they operate without any drag. Since I could tighten both with no problem that was that.

Ordered the black, took almost 2 weeks but got them this week. Installed them today. Clutch lever has to be on at least #3 setting to engage the clutch switch. They do look good though.

Just remember that some of us have found that the most effective settings (1-3) usually won't trip the clutch lock out. Others haven't had this problem at all.

You'll want to check that out before getting into traffic.

EDIT: It occurs to me that with my BMW grips and Grab-On grip covers the lever doesn't get as close to the bar as it might with OEM grips. THAT might be a/the problem.

Old post, but I ordered also a new adjustable clutch lever. Factory Honda 04-07 CBR1000RR Adjustable clutch lever for mine PN 53180-MEJ-305.
I was surprised that it brings the lever not closer. Yes it is adjustable, but the lowest setting is the same distance as the stock lever.
If you measure at the same lenght on the lever.
Did nobody notice this?
So yes, it is a 1 on 1 replacement, but if you want the lever closer to the grips this is not the solution.
