I believe stateside STs were fire red for 95 and 96. I know 95 for a fact...owned one.

And the 96 went 40 amp. Thats what mine was. Atruly great touring bike.

95, 96 and 97 - Both my 'reds' are 97.
What is interesting is that AFAIK that color was never sold across the pond.
Which means there are a lot fewer body parts in that color on Fleabay.
