But the 'twistiest' part is the top 50 miles or so. ;)
Top to bottom will take you about 9 hours if you don't stop for lunch and maintain a 'safe' speed.
To me, the Trace is one of the most peaceful rides on the planet especially during the week.
But not the place to be in a hurry as it is a federal ticket.

I maintained a “safe speed” except when i had to follow a plain car! It was a very mellow road! Loved it!
 
I was in a gas station and a lady wanted to bless my bike. Well, i should have taken it! Crossed the miss, which is pretty damn wide and ended up on ry 772. Five miles of loose, new gravel and i was everywhere!
