I recently got the Transitions 2 and have been very happy with it. Took it on a week-long trip and was comfortable at 30 degrees. Now I need a good set of electric gloves. . . But the jacket was great.
Come on John, pony up and buy the Gerbing's. Jay and I bet that you would have electric's by Moonshine. We both lost. You better have them by BRG, remember how cold you were and how WARM Jay and I were. Did we till you how warm we were?
But I also see Jay posted he is getting the Killamanjaro for Pam.
Gerbing heated clothing is great if you are set up for it.
I have BMG British Motorcycle Gear. It has more than enough pockets, and is rain and wind proof.
The jacket has a very warm very thin zip-out inner liner. Body armor in all the right places and reflective piping.
I bought one for myself and my wife at the international cycle show in Minneapolis, MN last year for $500.00 .
VERY happy with these jackets ! They adjust easily for a great custom fit. The front zipper is double breasted and truly closes up weather proof.
I cannot say enough great things about these jackets!
If it'll keep my wife happy while riding in 40 degree weather, well you get the picture !!
