I couldn't remember if the tab was on the top or the side ... memory ain't what it used to be and too lazy to go remove the seat, saddlebag and sidecover to see!There should be little 'latch' (tab that inserts into the side of the fuse box).
Get a flashlight and look real close and you should see it (the cover swings out on a plastic hinge).

Thank you Erdoc48, you were correct and I appreciate your insight and help!Don’t pry it- there’s a little catch at the bottom- squeeze it and it pivots up from below if that makes any sense. Like the hinge is at the top ( at least that’s how I recall when I last checked fuses)
