I see that you are from Texas, so isn't that the State where if you walk onto someone's property you may get a few extra holes in your person? Not really that funny I guess. Anyways they have since moved it closer to the main road so must just be "artwork"

In the 1990s, an Italian restaurant built the statue to advertise fried pickles and was orig green with black tux, hat, and shoes.
