Thanks Tom! Looks like I missed a great ride and meet, tho looks kind of humid without the flys on those tents. Heading east now it appears. No rain in Sipapu? You guys have fun and enjoy the ride, keep the pics a coming please :thumb::biggrin:

I failed to mention the wonderful hospitality shown us by Eric (Valker) in Pampa Tx. He went above and beyond, providing bed, bath, and entertainment as well as continued fantastic weather. We even ran into his son again, riding a ST, at Sipapu where he was at least 40 years younger than any of the attendees. Thanks again! :thumb:

Absolutely NO humidity once we got west of Montgomery Alabama other than a couple very cool mountain showers in New Mexico mountains - never once put any rain gear on but I have used my electrics almost daily. We also were very surprised by a quick monsoon that hit us at the campground in Texarkana - blue skies one minute, a 30 minute deluge, then clear skies again; just like a Florida sun shower. ;)

Just arrived home. Rode with Tom for two days and had a great time! Got to meet Mark in Texarkana. Thanks for the camaraderie and the camp sites!

Decided to turn north and spend my time in the Ozarks rather than more days on the slab and ended up at Shady Oaks Campground for a few days. Beautiful cool clear weather and great roads. Below are a few pics.
