Wedhumpnesday 11/13 Café.

Morning all! The weather is decidedly undecided. It was rainy on the ride in but it seems to be clearing. Somewhat. There's still some nasty dark bits off to the West with occasional patches of blue sky and sun. That will apparently be the theme for the day. It will clear up for midday but then turn grey and rainy in time for the ride home. Figures. Currently10C with a massive jump up to 11C for the high.

Had a meeting with the contractors yesterday about draw pulls and door handles. Everyone agreed upon a choice quickly so reno drama was avoided. They have all the cabinetry installed in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms along with the front entrance. It looks amazing, like something out of a magazine. I'm reasonably confident in my ability to normalize it with assorted messes, paper piles and other paraphernalia. (TIL there's an r in paraphernalia...have always pronounced it without one)

In other good news, I made it off the waitlist with the masters swim group which means I can start working off this listing waist of mine. Course, dropping poundage is more about intake than output but baby steps.

This uh tool tube....can you get them for the human variety? It would be nice to keep them contained as well.

Hope everyone has a great day and keeps in step!
I've only seen them at about 12 inches long (in metric that's about a foot), I'll have to keep looking.
But.......the reason I've been looking is to put stuff like tyre repair bungs, chain lube, maybe tools in some'at separate. I've got plenty of room to hang a couple of the hard plastic tubes under the top box but that kind of isn't the point. I was thinking of moving a bit of weight to the front.
And less dirty talk from you fella.

My cardiologist remarked on Monday, when I told him that we'd walked a LOT in Italy while in the same trip eating Italian food for breakfast lunch and dinner every day, "You can't outwalk the fork." Sad, but true.

Good luck to you in the never-ending Battle of the Bulge.

I don't know what bacon bits are, or why you would eat a bit when you can eat a lot.
But.....she needs to get er act together. Bacon is real important, not just a bit important.
Pffffffftttttt.

I always (unless I'm out), include about 3 table spoons of bacon "bits" (Like Brian said, "bits of bacon", sold in bags) in my eggs that I eat just about every morning (unless I'm doing the Lazyman's Breakfast). ;)
