Paul won but it was a waste of time to wait and watch. I think Tyson threw 18 punches in 8 rounds.
Not one rocking punch from either of them...entertainment crap....put on a show get your check and I'm outta here...

I vaguely remember that was Mr Peabodys famous line , moral of the story, but the more I think about it maybe it was Rocky and Bullwinkle.

The whole thing was about Tyson being broke (again) and needing another media hyped payday. He made out OK.
Is this his last fight? Likely not as he'll burn through these new funds in a few years.

It was a very SAD thing to watch 
The stupid "bring on the Boom" music, singing, custom low rider, and BS by the kid, just was very disrespectful in my opinion.
At least Tyson walked down there to do some boxing.
And at 58 years old, with medical issues, and obvious breathing issues, still went the full 8 rounds with a kid half his age.
The most disrespectful thing was at the end when they announced the winner, and Mike held out his hand to shake his hand, the kid ignored it, and Mike slowly lowered his hand.
It appeared that Mike was having breathing issues right away, because he probably couldn't breathe well through his nose, and had to use his gloves to keep his mouthpiece from coming out as he tried to mouth breath.

As an OLD FART, myself, I know my brain tells me things, like "...I can do that...", so I'm sure Mike "thought" he could handle a kid half his age, but this proves that, just because we think we can, doesn't mean we need to try! Think it out thoroughly, before acting!

I don't have a dog in the fight, nor money, nor even emotional interest.
Didn't try to watch, but Netflix needs some egg remover for their corporate face. I'm sure they will be take steps to ensure that doesn't happen again, they had a lot riding on that stream cast.
In the end, we're reminded (as mentioned), it's sad to watch the old lions be taken down by the young ones, but they themselves were once the challengers.
The mind may be willing, but the flesh will weaken. The competitor spirit lives strong, and long beyond the physical ability.

The bout between them felt more like an exhibition than a boxing match. I get the feeling Paul could have taken him out any time he wanted to but pushing it the full number of rounds provides for more content and promotion... he even stopped before the final round was over vs boxing like hell as you see in most other fights.
The actual good fight was the one before between Serrato and Barrios, holy cow... that was a fight and an incorrect decision in my opinion.. oh well, I don't really watch boxing or mma at all so no big deal to me and I'm used to watching the Cowboys so I know what a non-fight looks like.

I watched it via fast forward use on Netflix this morning. I'm in deep awe all over again. That Sydney ring girl from Bama is the true winner of this S Show. Watch for her to be everywhere soon.
