I’m back for another cup. The new steps and sidewalk are poured, but every time we think it’s ready to finish, it starts sleeting just enough to keep the concrete too wet for final finish. As a side benefit, I’m learning Spanish, but I doubt I can use the new vocabulary in public gatherings.

No jigs for a while yet, I’m afraid, but I seem to have now gotten to the point where I can put weight on it enough to get around for short distances.

I'm slowly adjusting to the new normal of a world without my brother in it. There's a lot of dust yet to settle of course, but bit by bit things seem less different with each day that passes.

I’ve lost 2 of 4 sisters, the eldest sister went with lung cancer, (smoker) the youngest sister had another cancer that I can’t remember.
I miss them all the time!
