Morning all.......
Thanks Keith for the start up.

A whooping 34 this morning, overcast and a bit gloomy looking here. No new snow, but more rain over the weekend and temps going to the 50s for the whole next week. There goes all the snow.......

@STooRay , we had breakfast for dinner last night......
@steve3b3 , nice ski pics. Great weather. I am going tomorrow, hoping the weather stays cold up there.

There is light at the end of the flu tunnel. Just a bit of congestion left, and the night waterboarding has ended. Yay!!

Hope everyone has a wonderful Friday eve,
T

Morning all! We saw the sun for a bit this morning but it appears to have done a runner and we're left with overcast skies. It's currently 5C with a predicted high of 8C. Rain is on its way though we may get some sun back by the end of the day.

Sadlsor, re the curative properties of whisky, one has to amass sufficient data before one can extrapolate any conclusions from said data. You're merely being thorough and collecting sufficient data. Hope those of you who are suffering recover quickly. We've had the plague go through the house and it's a tenacious SOG.

Patty, hope the dental work goes well. I'm not touching the implant part, literally or figuratively.

Today will be a mixed frenzy of work work and trying to get the house ready for my MIL who returns from two weeks in Mexico this evening. She's allergic to dogs, loves them, but allergic, so the vacuum and dog brushes will need a workout prior to her arrival.

Hope everyone has a great day and doesn't get the brush off.....unless of course you're shedding, then seek medical aid!

Funny, but when I stopped to take those pics, I found a message from a friend, asking if I wanted to ski at Loon this weekend.
I'll be back on Sunday.
I think there are more diamonds in the future. :)

Or... unless of course you're a German Shedder, in which case it's completely natural.
Living with a German Shepherd is like living in a snow globe, but instead of snow swirling around, there is dog hair.
Cleaning house with a German Shepherd in it, is like brushing your teeth while eating Oreos.
But German Shepherds only shed twice a year. For 6 months at a time.

Thank you all, I'll be here the rest of the week.

Ha...
So true. But I bet my Yellow lab can give you a good run for your money........

Late Morning Keith & All from overcast skies, in Southern Utah!

Currently it is 45F (today's high), up from 29F. With a slight breeze now, later we'll see the winds out of the N@ 13 to 17mph and with a slight chance of seeing some wetstuff. But we won't believe that until it hits the ground! :well1:

I don't know, hanging around you bunch, I'm afraid I'm going to catch what you all got! :sick1: You all take care, and get over it!

Yesterday was spent in the garage digging into one of my NOS parts bins, locating parts that I need for the ST1300P engine. So far in that one bin, I did find a bunch of different parts, that should save me some $$$$! Today will be spent looking for more, as I have another dozen bins (of mostly used parts) to look through.

Boiled eggs, bacon, toast & OJ to start the morning. Pepsi(s) will come later.

Anyone :dr13:, have a great day on the roads! :hat3:

Yeah, I'm like your MIL, I don't do well around animal fur. I once washed one of my grand daughters dresses with our clothes. They had a dog that shed a lot and the hair was in her dress. The next day I was breaking out all over, because the dog hair got into our clothes! :cautious:

Anytime I enter someone's home that have dogs or cats, within an hour, my eyes are puffing up.

The only type of dogs I can be around for any length of time are the ones that don't shed, and they need to be washed at least once a month.
