It's a rivet link, which is think in Canuckistanian would probably translate to pressed on?@Upt' North Is it a pressed on master link, removable master link or screwed on master link? I did a screw on type for my last chain and loved it.
Is that a fine Italian Regina, picked up during your recent travels?
An undeniable advantage with chain driven cycles, innit?Oh yes, changed the gearing, much nicer with one tooth more on the front, now very relaxed at a true 80 mph.
I had to go the other way on the Strom 1000. The factory supplied Autobahn gearing was too high for the 60 mph max speed limit here. I went up two or three teeth on the rear. The motor is much happier around town and 5th gear is actually usable. I only go into 6th to make sure it's still in the box.Oh yes, changed the gearing, much nicer with one tooth more on the front, now very relaxed at a true 80 mph.
