Bennie, I'm 5'9" with a 30"inseam and have pull back handle bars (I assume close to something like a helibar as far as ride position but maybe a bit more upright). I have a CeeBailey that was a +6 but I whacked it down a little and now it is 21.25" overall height. I look about 2 inches over the top edge. I wouldn't recommend anything taller than this. I might whack it down a bit more but then I'm always thinking of something to futz with on my bike.
