ST1100 wind deflectors for hands - 3D printed

I know this is an old thread, but does any one know where I can find an stl file to print these??

Good luck! I know it only takes 1 person to take an interest in that project, but ...

I don't know the sales figures for N. American ST1100 sales, but I doubt it was over 7,500 units for the lifespan of the model. The last model year of the 1100 was over 20 years ago. I doubt there are 2,500 left licensed on the road (in NA). I know Uncle Phil is doing his share with 4 on the road. I have 3 licensed myself. Any way to find a number?

I haven't posted them, and I don't sell my STL files. In fact I'm trying to re-locate the files so I can pick up where I left off and do some of the suggestions in this thread.

I'm that person it seems. I've designed several pieces for the 1100, but only the carb access plugs have been a good seller.

I have the carb access covers:

Mirror filler pieces (to hide the hinge):

And fill pieces to replace the clock and headlight adjustment so that riders can mount a small gauge, USB ports, or whatever will fit there:

I've been working on the hand deflectors and side deflectors on/off for years. They've been harder since the former is not a reproduction of the OEM, and the latter are hard to get a hold of to get dimensions...everyone seems to have them but no one wants to let me borrow them. I also have other distractions like my real job, family, etc. But I haven't seen a large cry for them so I go at my pace.

Thanks for the links. I do remember the first one now.

I can relate...
I've contacted Italian Mold Lab about chances to have them do replicas of the ST1100 side wind deflectors...
But without actual sales figures...
I recall that thread. If I had to guess (and from experience), you'd get plenty of interest but only tens of tens of sales. Hence why I stick to 3D printing. I can make them as needed without having to prepurchase a whole run and then have to store them somehow.
