This is the style I selected for my 1991 earlier this year. Well made and have a snug-enough fit.

I do not know. They were already on the bike when I bought it from a dealer. It is also wrapped on the top of the panniers and the center section of the Heli-bars between the risers. Should be an easy pattern to create if anyone wanted to do the same with some wrap.
