Was up at 3:00 am checking gear. Seems every trip i, and the bike kit get heavier! Spent a half hour depending on my gps to get me to rt 2. I spent some language!
But, im finally on rt2 and loving it. The smell of hay and fresh cut grass is forgorren when you live in the city. Its the mohawk trail and the roads are freshly paved and curvy! Very, very nice!
Im aiming for washington state but doubt ill get there due to the fires and smoke. Thats ok. I can mess around anywhere. I still have to babysit in colorado on sept 15!
It feels so good to be back out there. Riding in the city pretty much sucks and is dangerous. So, i get out but not like a tour.
Still want to be a yupper!A7A9831A-6011-4BAF-9A43-1C0E18F055A8.jpegFB973FAC-8970-461C-8B51-EC5A84140471.jpeg664BF9E3-E091-44AE-B5E7-CF82CB3942B8.jpeg42F7C647-4867-4094-8662-510D50009D32.jpeg

Yahoo!!
And remember...if you get to WA.....there is the Biker Flop house in Eastern WA.
Right now we have smoke and heat, but that is supposed to be much less later this week.

Ride safe!! And keep those pics coming.
