SC: Tag

Yep, I'm a rookie. But I'm a rookie who's doing what he can to keep a couple of near-dead state tags going while working 60 hours a week, on top of taking care of a house, wife, two kids, two dogs, and a fish named Ed. So it would be Super Awesome if the effort encouraged other people to get involved, too! ;) :thumb:

Social Distance Tagging! Beautiful ride today!

For your sake, I'm glad you didn't get stopped today. Things are getting pretty silly here in SC; I'm seeing police pulling over out-of-state plates and fining them heavily for violating our state's recent restrictions.

But you gave me something to look forward to, so there's that!

Beautiful cool morning...hot afternoon. The chain actually has a name so it is easy to find.

Finally made it over to Buc-ee's on the back roads. Then yesterday my brother-in-law and I went for a BBQ run to the upstate. BBQ place was closed but we found another close by. The new tag is very close to the state line on US176.

I'm only about a three hour ride from the Silver Springs filling station, but I think I might invoke rule #8 and relocate this tag a little further west, because I would be coming from Northeast Georgia.

If any of you folks in or close to South Carolina want to beat me to it here's fair warning -- The Palmetto State is on my list of places to visit soon.
