Replaced Honda Fit Starter now No Start

It has a timing chain not a belt and I wouldn't expect the same thing to have happened again 80,000 miles later but it is possible.

That'll probably trigger a fault due to cam and crank sensors offset. Have worked around the cam position sensor(s)? Any other sensors (down in there) that were unplugged (crank, etc.)? Guessing there's no spark...
Can your OBD2 monitor cam/crank sensors?

Looks like no spark or weak spark now for some reason. (fuel soaked plugs) Replacing the plugs is a good idea if they are suspect at all.
Did you "erase" codes, even though your reader didn't retrieve any?
Try disconnecting the battery again. Maybe that will reset the ECM?
Interesting that it ran briefly after the surgery.
