Someone actually uses a spec for that? Never would of thunk it....

I have my right wrist calibrated to 22 ft*lbs; makes it easier to install the drain plug.

Before I did any drilling I would try a cold chisel. get a bite in one of the flats first by tapping

Putting a chisel on any steel bolt that is stuck in cast aluminum is a bad idea. Aluminum breaks and then you are in deep do do. I would do the sockets from Sears or easy outs or reverse drills first.
