Monday January 20th.

Any coffee left. Coming up on 9:00 and it’s still only 8 degrees, although the sun is shining.

Last night, I made about 2 gallons of chili, but it was still too hot to store in the fridge, so I put the Insta-pot in the truck. Now, I have 2 gallons of chili flavored ice cream. I’m waiting for it to thaw, before repackaging. Today, I’ll be making a large pot of chicken stew. I’m stocking up for after surgery.
Here’s hoping that surgery goes well for you John! Seems they don’t keep anyone in for long after major surgery! Please keep us posted!

Three cups of coffee deep already this morning.

We're all over the Covids. It was an unhappy couple of weeks there and the Aunt went to the ER but today we are physically well.

It's cold like a Mother-in-Law's kiss out there and that dog is staring at me like I owe him some money. We'll go for a walk but I'd like it to warm up to at least 0* before I open the door.

You cats be safe and if you see our HVAC guy please ask him to call us.

Morning all......
Thanks for the start up. A nice brisk 19 this morning with bright sun shining thru.

It's Monday, a day unlike any other day. Birds are chirping, the lake is calm and smooth, the TV is full of polical pomp.........

Looking forward to two days of bluebird skiing tomorrow and Wednesday. Anyone wanna go...????

Have a Monday if you are not having a Saturday....

That yellow bit (the "mustard") is what he's referring to. They say/spell it different down South. :rofl1:
I don't get it, and y'all are beginning to make me question my Southerner-ness.
Mustard is mustard (even Grey Poupon, almost), and I've always spelled it like "mustard", and even pronounce it like most Americans. Guess I'm still learning stuff.
However, I do prefer brown spicy mustard over the generic yellow.

But maybe @Obo is referring to the "No"? In which case we may often "Naw", "Nope", or sometimes "Hell No!"

I hope this clears it up for some of you.

Glad you mustered up the energy to reply, I was getting confused....

Afternoon Ray & All from SUNNY, but COLD, Southern Utah!

Currently it is 27F, up from 14F and heading for a high of 25F. (Yeah, Right! :rofl1: The winds are already blowing from the NE @ 15 to 23mph.

What a morning! I woke up long before Chris did, so I had to use my headphones to watch the changing of the Guard. And WHAT A SPEACH! I could see the throwing of the darts from certain individuals! :rofl1:

Nothing on the schedule, other than sitting at my computer, checking out the responses from those on You Tube. ;)

Boiled eggs, bacon, toast & OJ to start the morning.

Anyone :bl13:, good luck with these temps! :eek-2x: :hat3:
