"Ran when parked". But it's got a sidecar stuck on so who knows, maybe it still does.

I fail to see the purpose of that kickstand...but I digress. You're travels look amazing, Keith. Thanks for sharing with us!

Warm(ish) and rainy this morning here in SoMD. 44F/7C as I down the first of multiple cups full o' joe, so thanks to you, Ray! Another WFH day and hopefully sell the generator for a nice profit later this a.m. Get that outta here and start working on clearing out these mowers for spring!

The auto show was neat, but disappointing in that today's prices keep me out of the market for anything new. Some really nice vehicles out there though, esp from Volvo, Chevy, and Toyota. It was a funny moment when one of our cohorts who is, ah, less-than-dexterious due to arthritis, got trapped in a Corvette bc he couldn't find the door handle...yeah, buddy there is NO door handle. It's electric. And somehow he bumped the door lock so we couldn't extract him from outside. Finally had to reach in from the passenger side and unlock it. I think he still wants one. Heck, so do I...that seat was like sitting in God's gloved hand. MMM!

Take care y'all!

Good morning, everyone. Thanks for the coffee, Ray.

Currently 60, going to 63, with scattered showers. Can’t complain.

@Peppermint Patty, I feel your pain. Overnight rain brought stiffness to my hands and knees, to added to the huge pain in the arse, where the replacement parts are still alternating between stabbing and burning the local nerves.

I’m gonna try a really hot shower before the physical therapist gets here in about an hour. Maybe things will have loosened up before he puts me on the rack.

Good morning all!
Thanks for the hot goodies Ray!

Patty, my heart goes out to you! That must be awful to endure!
I have also heard of elderly ladies having to do that hot wax treatment!
I’m sure it would be a mixed blessing, having to keep hands in there long enough to do any good!

60/81F here in Brooksville, a stiff ESE breeze to keep us cool.
Headed to Lutz, FL on our way home to see my pal Wade, I met him years back on another Florida trip.
Gotta run.
Enjoy your weekend!
WB

I bet this hurt!

Well, no new 'vette for me to sit in, unless I go to the World of Wheels Expo going on downtown this weekend. And that's not likely -- no motorbikes.

But it IS going to the mid-70s today. Yay!

But it's raining all day. Boo!

That's ok, we rode to work yesterday in the 50s, and home in the 60s. Talking temperature, not acid-inspired flashbacks.

Thanks for the coffee Ray, that's all I need to get going. I'll be on my fourth cup in a minute. And then off to work, lots going on.

I have no experience with arthritis, Patty, so I'll pray for some relief for ya.

Oh, here's some comic relief for ya... earlier this week I took Kaiser out for a potty break at work, and I was sitting in a chair, on my phone for a minute (we have a small gazebo out in back of the office), and our CEO came out the front so his pit bull puppy could do her business.

As they walked toward us around the side of the building, Kaiser saw her and went from a down position and jumped up towards her to say Hi... as I had him on a leash, he pulled me over sideways, chair and all. Caught me by surprise, and I sprawled on the ground right in front of my boss and his dog Cricket.

Must have looked funny. Got dirt on my knee, and I semi-sprained my left ring finger when I landed. We need to work on his impulse control, apparently.

Morning all! It's still dark here and we're under two weather warnings now; wind and possibly snow. It's warmed up though, currently 7C with a high of 8C to come. Rain for the most part is predicted, guess we'll see if the white stuff shows up.

Had a call from the neighbour last night to give me the heads up that apparently someone was flying a drone around the neighbourhood on Tuesday night around midnight. She said it was a large commercial sized one that circled our house and then came right up to her kitchen window and peered in. I guess there were reports from other people as well. She's going to call the RCMP today to file a report, said she wondered if they were casing the neighbourhood for things to steal. Either way, given our proximity to the airport, drones are not permitted so whoever they are, they best be careful where they choose to fly.

Still hacking up a lung with the covid but choosing to believe that it's starting to pass. I'm getting cabin fever other than taking the dog out for walks so if it would just pack its bags and move on, that would be grand thank you very much.

Patty, I hope your arthritis eases soon and Obo that you get some weather relief quickly.

Hope everyone has a great day and I'll stop droning on!

Morning Ray & All from sunny, Southern Utah!

Currently it is 30F, up from 9F and heading for 52F. We have a slight breeze now, but later we'll see the winds from the SW @ 10 to 13mph.

I thought I started a new thread on the 2006 tear down and the AZ 2005 build, but I don't see it, so if it doesn't appear later, I'll start it again. I moved the 2006 into the garage, so I can strip it down to the engine and put new waterpump, clutch, clutch slave, along with new hoses and other rubber parts I can replace, before putting it into the AZ 2005.

So, you all know what I'll be up to for the next month or so. Hopefully it won't take the four years it took me to get the 2004 back on the road. :rolleyes-2x:

Boiled eggs, bacon, toast & OJ to start the morning. Pepsi(s) to come later.

Anyone :bl13:, have a great day on the roads! :hat3:

Good morning,
Patty ,sorry to hear that your hands are hurting. Was going through that last winter, chemo and a cream that opens up the capillaries have helped my hands from hurting this winter. Praying for a speedy recovery for you.
Okay Weather, Raining, 42 F/6 C wind 9 mph gusting 18 mph from SE and humidtiy 92%. Planning to stay in the house. Googling how contagious pneumonia is, last thing I need is to give it to the wife. Surprised the heck out of me yesterday when the Doctor told me I have it, so yeah back on Antibiotics. Have had a annoying cough, but no pain in the lungs. It showed up on the CT scan I had done for a Stomach blockage which will need addressing. On the bright side of life my handlebar muffs showed up this morning in the mail box. Now do I brave the cold and damp and put them on the bike?IMG_6492.jpg
