Help . . . email spam has taken over my life!

You notify your "friends and family" from your new email address, not the old one.

Also, remind people not to give out your email, if possible. I used to get e-cards sometimes for b'days and holidays from family. I hated doing it and sounding unappreciative but I had to ask them to stop doing that, as they were supplying scammers with my email addy to add to spam lists. Some arent aware that is the reason for free e-greetings from websites

How do I notify family and friends of the new email address? Including it in a message from my old (current) address seems risky.
