Garmin Zumo 396 LMT-S - Anyone use one?

Since my Zumo 660 has been acting up, lately, this morning I decided to bite the bullet and order a Zumo XT, damn the cost. Gotta spend the stimulus check on something. Nearly everybody is out of stock, and Amazon Prime quoted a 5-6 week delivery. After the setback, I changed my mind and decided to try to fix the 660. I removed the secondary memory card and did a complete restore. Hooked to the computer, updated the system software and maps and now it seems to work fine, except I lost all my favorites I believe the last map update put the map on the secondary card and caused problems.

If 2 day delivery ever comes back, I may still order the XT.

Would this be an upgrade to a Zumo 665 ?
A couple GPS comparisons...

Does the 396 LMT-S come with a cradle and all the bits to mount it to an existing RAM ball mount? I thought I saw a mention that it did but looking at it on a different site they were selling a Garmin Motorcycle Mount kit for $60. Or maybe that's for those with more than one bike.

And I see that it shows the 395 as including a motorcycle mount in the box. But that compro makes it look like you get a lot of stuff with the 665. Maybe they wan't to clear out old new stock. On further review the info in that compro is a little light on the 396.

Agreed.....
Looks like something to keep in mind if my 665 dies, but no reason to switch now.

Thanks to PaulCB for posting the comparisons....

Yes, it does. I have one on my ST13 for about a year now. It does a great job.
