I am removing my rear wheel and want to remove the final drive and clean the splines in both the wheel and driveshaft splines.
Looks like a brown wheel bearing grease.
What kind of grease should be used?

I have a jar of loctite moly grease that I used on the splines for my yamaha shaft drive motorcycle a few years back. Stuff was expensive.

Moly PASTE is used on the wheel splines and inside the final drive - i.e. final drive output splines to the wheel. Moly GREASE is what Honda recommends on the drive shaft splines and 'input' splines on the final drive. The Loctite 8012 moly paste is good for the wheel to FD splines - stir it up before you use it (use that chopstick left over from last night's take-out).
