40 liter duffel bag?

I'm looking to buy a new duffel for the back seat of my bike. I only use one in the early and late season when it's cold for extra, bulky layers. I would also like to use it for an overnight bag or a carry on when not using my bike. Has to be water proof. Was looking at a Nelson Riggs but thought I'd check here to see what you guys like.
 
Ortleib very good. But last year I picked one up on Amazon by Core or Gonex, can't remember off hand. I like it because it has lots of D-rings and loops to strap to the bike.

+2 on the Dry Pak dry bags. I used the XL (110 Liter) for several years through many torrential rains with nothing getting wet inside. I already also have a 35 Liter dry bag I bought 13 years ago from Walmart. Those Dry Pak bags are also on Amazon. The Large size is 70 Liter but will roll down much smaller. I don't think I ever really filled my XL dry bag, just rolled it down more.

I went with the Alt rider and it has served very well. The differences among bags are tie down point locations (and number of), size, and price. All the roll-tops with heavy material will be water proof.
 
I have been using a Seal line 30 liter Baja bag for a few years now. Been a trooper. Always stayed dry. Well made. The Baja line goes up to 55L.

Both bags can be found online cheaper than Seal lines website.

I've got the small tankbag in that Giving model line. Great stuff. Well made. Waterproof. Really happy with it.

Plus one ..use something similar for a couple of years now but it is always a good idea to put stuff in a plastic bag inside the duffel. Last year I drove thru lots of rain and only a little bit of water got in, first time .
