HI DenAmmons: Must be a Honda person out there who knows the scoop on the Police bikes. I'd been looking for an ST 1300 for about a year, and it seems the old Police bikes are more abundant, and cheaper than the others. Mine had the police stuff removed, & looks ( other than the black & white paint) pretty much like the basic ST.
